By accessing or using cashgrind.site ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to create, operate, and maintain only one (1) account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different names, email addresses, devices, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

2. Network Access and Location Requirements

To ensure the integrity of our systems, enforce our single-account policy, and prevent fraudulent activity, we strictly monitor network access methods.

Prohibition of VPNs and Proxies: You agree to access the Platform using your true and unaltered IP address. The use of Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, Tor networks, or any other software or network routing methods designed to mask your IP address, spoof your location, or anonymize your connection is strictly prohibited.
Consequences of Violation: Detection of IP masking tools or attempts to bypass our geographic or network restrictions will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination without notice.

3. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the network and account restrictions above, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

System Abuse: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform, or breaching any security or authentication measures.
Data Scraping: Using automated systems, bots, spiders, or scrapers to extract data, content, or user information from the Platform without our express written consent.
Malicious Software: Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any other malicious code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of the Platform or the hardware of our users.
Commercial Exploitation: Selling, reselling, or leasing access to your account or any data obtained from the Platform.
Illegal Activity: Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and design elements of the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software—are the exclusive property of CashGrind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for its intended use, which may be revoked at any time.

5. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice or liability. Common grounds for termination include, but are not limited to, violations of the single-account policy, the use of IP-masking tools, or any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, its availability, or the accuracy of the information provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
